Our mission at City Centre Clinic and Pharmacy is to provide compassionate, holistic medical treatment to marginalized individuals struggling with the debilitating effects of addictive disorders and mental health issues, empowering them to begin a lifelong journey toward recovery, healing, and fulfillment. By working collaboratively, our dedicated team of pharmacists, psychiatrists, nurses and other healthcare professionals is committed to building trust and a renewed sense of hope, joy and optimism among our clients and their families, thus contributing to the well-being and betterment of our community.
