Organization Description – Recovery Acres Calgary Society (RACS) is a fully licensed and accredited addiction treatment facility in Calgary, Alberta, offering substance use disorder; residential treatment, residential recovery and outpatient treatment in our Men’s and Women’s centres. Clients learn new tools for coping with addiction, through an intensive recovery-oriented curriculum. Total immersion in RACS culture of recovery is a powerful experience and has changed the lives of countless clients.
RACS, 1835 House (men’s) Residential Treatment – RACS is a fully licensed & accredited addiction treatment facility in Calgary, Alberta. Substance use disorder Residential Treatment (inpatient) is 42 days in duration, suited for those who require inpatient treatment and total immersion in a recovery house setting. Clients have access to counseling and support 24/7, and stay tightly focused on their sobriety objectives. Individuals are provided with an opportunity to grow in a stable environment.
RACS, 1839 House (women’s) Residential Treatment – RACS is a fully licensed and accredited addiction treatment facility in Calgary, Alberta. Substance use disorder Residential Treatment (inpatient) is 42 days in duration, suited for those who require inpatient treatment and total immersion in a recovery house setting. Clients continuing to Residential Recovery (extended Stay) are required to attend meetings including one on one counseling sessions. Choosing this treatment path provides an opportunity to grow in a stable environment from which they can re-establish themselves in the community gradually, further reducing the risk of relapse while returning to employment.
