First Nations Family Treatment & (Re)Unification Centre
The lodge provides First Nations parents (male and female) with an empowering culturally based addictions treatment experience, combined with personal development programming to strengthen their parenting skills and abilities. Children reside with their parents for the entire duration of the program in a rural group living facility in Northern Alberta. The family addictions treatment and unification program is exclusively abstinence based, due to the nature of the facility and the inclusion of children. We offer a variety of programming adapted to align with the teachings of the medicine wheel, the seven grandfather, and traditional culture including, addictions, parenting, life skills, homemaking, health, education & employment.
