Fresh Start Recovery provides relationship-based addiction treatment and ongoing recovery support in Calgary and Lethbridge. Established in 1992, Fresh Start meets individuals where they are and walks with them through recovery, helping them rebuild their lives, reconnect with family and remain connected to a community that sustains recovery. Our primary live-in treatment program is 90 days.

Fresh Start Recovery’s Lethbridge Facility – Co-ed offers a 90-day live-in addiction treatment program for adult men and women. Formerly known as Fresh Start South Country, this facility is part of Fresh Start Recovery’s services in Calgary and Lethbridge. Treatment includes a 12-step approach, counselling, group work and support for personal recovery goals. Ongoing recovery connections help individuals continue building on the foundation established during treatment.
