Coming from personal experience with alcohol, cocaine, cannabis, and nicotine addiction, we provide a compassionate, non-judgemental, labels-free space to explore and heal from substance use disorder. We understand everyone is unique and work with each client to co-create an individualized plan to build a fulfilling life in sobriety or help people find balance in moderation or cutting back. Our approach is a blend between recovery coaching – helping people develop practical tools to deal with cravings – and addiction counselling – understanding and healing the root cause of substance use. We meet people where they’re at and help them move forward in recovery, or whatever they choose to call their journey. We believe in a holistic approach to recovery, and focus on helping clients build an enjoyable, balanced lifestyle. We primarily meet with clients through video calls, though we can arrange in person support as well.
