For more than 40 years Alcove has been providing solutions for women and their families seeking recovery. Located in a quite residential community in Calgary, our humble home is an active member of our vibrant neighborhood.

We provide long-term residential treatment in a compassionate and loving environment utilizing a trauma informed 12 Step abstinence based model of treatment. Our program includes daily group and individual counseling sessions enhanced by recreational and therapeutic activities conducted in an atmosphere conducive to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual growth. Through our interdisciplinary approach, our goal is to strengthen an individuals knowledge, skillsets, increase supports building a foundation of recovery for life for the woman that call us home, their families and ultimately our communities.
